Prana is a sanskrit word meaning "vital life" and is represented by the breath. Prana (or Chi or Qi) is a critical component to health and balance. Prana is energy and the force of life. By exercising Purpose to increase Prana we can experience new levels of wellbeing in our lives.

About Me

PranaHolistic: I am a student and teacher of Ayurveda, a 7000 year old holistic health approach that focuses on remaining in personal balance. I believe that our health is dictated by an all-encompassing balance predicated on our own unique constitutions. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" solution for our decaying states of health and wellness. I do not believe that a pill is the solution for every ill. I seek the root cause of why disease is manifesting itself and work to find a natural solution to bring back balance and health in our lives. My approach is based on increasing Prana – the energy that is found in all things – in our lives. The use of whole foods, movement, meditation, aromatherapy and interior design all combine into a specific, holistic plan for wellness. With Purpose and Prana we can achieve greater states of wellbeing.
